There is quite a simple answer to this question really. If you dont have business insurance then you really could get into serious money problems if someone tries to bring something against the company. If you are a small company then the first claim put against you could well be the last making the business cease to exist altogether.As soon as the first claim has been put against you it is going to be a lot more difficult to even approach insurance companies let alone get them to listen to what you need insurance for.
