My perception is bookkeeping is really unnecessarily complicated but after struggling with my accounting problems for a whileI found a very valuable shortcut that I wanted to share with you. Most managers I know in startups want to devote their time to acquiring customers and selling instead of doing bookkeeping. All organisations have to pay special attention to their accounting if they want to avoid problems. (more…)
